What Is History Hidden In Plain Sight?

Updated: Nov 15, 2022

History Hidden In Plain Sight stands on the notion that History should NEVER be hidden or distorted, even if it doesn't fit our agenda. We must seek TRUTH always and be willing to accept it when confronted with it. Hitler thought he had a right to abolish history and a whole race of people. Anytime we allow History to be destroyed, we follow in his footsteps. There are those today who even deny Hitler's gruesome works. This is a grave mistake. Anytime we deny or erase History we deceivingly destroy ourselves. HHIPS is dedicated on exposing the History in America that has been hidden in plain sight for so long. History is always there, we just have to look. We must seek to find the why so we can understand how we got to where we are today. If we don't have our History we can not know who we truly are.

About The Founder

Growing up in a small town in Connecticut I attended one of the best public school systems in the country. I was always interested in history and trusted that the history I learned in school, was true and correct. As an adult I realized that much of what I learned in school was just a small portion of what has taken place. I understand that there is only so much you can learn in a short time but my question was, I learned about Paul Revere but not Wentworth Cheswell, why? The deeper I went, the hungrier I got to learn more truth.

In the last few years I have seen hate being thrown around and misinformation about history being shared and a bunch of people accepting lies as truth. A country being torn apart because truth is not being told or accepted. The past few years I've been asked to speak in classrooms, churches, and for a candidate running for congress. Through these events, History: Hidden In Plain Sight has been birthed. If you are looking for a place to find Truth in History, you found it!

If you don't see a topic on this sight that you would like to learn about, I would love to know.
